Henry Berry III

1.  Henry Berry \ Barry III¹ was born circa 1694 in Old Rappahannock Co., Virginia, British America.¹ He died on 16 May 1748–3 Feb 1748/9 at the age of 54 in King George Co., Virginia, British America.¹ Henry named his wife Sarah executrix of his will dated 16 May 1748. In the will he named sons Joel, Henry, Benjamin, William, George, Enoch and daughters Ann, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah. Berry also made a bequest to Ann's daughter, Elizabeth Bronough.

All of the sons received property and slaves, save Enoch, who was bequeathed ten shillings. The girls received slaves.

Henry was residing in Hanover Parish, King George Co. at the time of his death.

On 3 Feb 1748/9, Sarah appeared before the Court and refused to accpt the legacy left by her late husband. Son Joel was appointed executor on 8 Sep 1750.

Sarah Porch¹ was born circa 1694 in Virginia.¹
